Season's Tweetings! And Challenge winner!

Good Morining:)

I am so proud of myself. I buy all of these stamps and then I only use the sentiments and never the image. Out of the fear of what it would look like if I tried coloring it myself.

I first wanted to play with my SU watercolor pencils that just sit there and go unused. So I watched a few you tube videos on different techniques for watercolor colored pencils. And then went through my stamps and set to work to do it! And I only messed up in one spot and that ironically was the sentiment..lol I put it on crooked..hehe.

Anyways here is my first stamped card using SU Water Colored Pencils.

Recipe:

SU Watercolor Pencils and Blender Pen
Clear Dollar Stamps Snow Tweet Stamp Set

I am going to try to force myself to use something other than the cricut a few times a month.
Wish me luck..lol Since the cricut is my comfort zone.

Now onto the winner of my magazine inspired challenge. I used random number to pick.

Entry number 1 .... Abusybee .... Please use the contact me form to discuss how you want your prize:)
Thanks to everyone that played along. I loved all your projects!

Your coloring looks great-- all it takes is a little practice :) But seriously... the shading you did is spot on! Great work :)

Beautiful card Chris. Way to work outside your "zone". Awesome results! So sorry I didn't find time to work on the magazine challenge. I haven't had much crafty time in about 2 weeks. Congrats to Carri on her win!

I love it. You did so good on the coloring. Did you shade the snowman's body...wow...i never try shading. And the crooked sentiment looks like it should be that way.

Be Blessed, Beckie
